• Our software services operate on a subscription-based model with monthly or annual billing.
• Payments are securely processed via Clover, Stripe, WePay, and AliPay.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Users must NOT:

• Use the services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt system operations.
• Violate intellectual property rights or misuse proprietary content.

• While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services without prior notice.

Resto Hive is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Revenue loss due to system outages or third-party failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Unauthorized system access or data misuse.

For businesses operating in Quebec, Canada, Resto Hive is fully compliant with Revenue Québec's Cloud MEV system for tax and invoice reporting.
